Order Confirmation & Payment Instructions

Once you complete your order on www.cmmgrooming.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your chosen payment options and any steps required to finalise your transaction. Please refer to these instructions carefully to avoid any delays.

Accepted Payment Methods

We provide multiple payment options to accommodate customers around the world:

1. Bank Transfer

You may complete your payment via bank transfer. All necessary account details will be sent to you after checkout. Please ensure funds are sent from the correct account and reference your order number.

2. Card Payments

We accept secure card payments through trusted processing partners. Your payment will be handled through encrypted gateways to ensure maximum protection of your financial information.

3. Zelle (USA Customers Only)

Zelle is available for our customers within the United States.
To use Zelle at checkout, make sure that:

  • You provide a USA delivery or billing address, and
  • You select USD as your currency.

 

Once these conditions are met, Zelle will appear as a payment option. After placing your order, you will receive an email containing the details needed to complete your Zelle payment. Please follow the instructions exactly as provided.

Payment Processing Times

Please note the following estimated processing times:

  • UK bank transfers: May take up to 2 hours to appear in our account.
  • International bank transfers: Typically require 2–3 business days to clear.

Dispatch Times

Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after the payment has been successfully received. This timeframe applies Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Payment Confirmation & Shipping Notifications

While we do not send individual confirmations to acknowledge payment receipt, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include:

  • Your parcel’s tracking number
